A double galvanized coffin is not only an expression of respect for the deceased but also a necessity for compliance with strict international standards. Why exactly double galvanizing?

Manufacturing experience is another important criterion. It is best to choose suppliers who have been working in this field for at least 10 years and have experience in international projects. They better understand the requirements of different countries and can advise on the most optimal solutions.

Be sure to ask to demonstrate the manufacturing process. Serious suppliers will never hide and will gladly show their factories. Pay attention to the modernity of the equipment and the qualification of the employees.

Price should not be the sole decision criterion. An overly low price often means quality compromises, which in international transportations can result in serious problems.

Warranty terms are another important aspect. A high–quality double galvanized coffin should have at least a 5–year warranty against corrosion and structural defects.

Automation in production processes will allow achieving even greater precision and quality. Robotic welding processes and an automatic quality control system – all this will help reduce the risk of human error.
